Our fast-growing company is in need of an experienced Paid Marketing Conversion Specialist to optimize and manage our paid advertising campaigns and increase conversion rates across various platforms. The Paid Marketing Conversion Specialist will design, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth and focus on maximizing ROI though paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Develop strategies for audience segmentation to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, along with actionable recommendations for continued improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads Certification(preferred).
