Creating Just Growth Inc. is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our B2B and B2C customer base. The Lead Generation Specialist must excel in identifying and nurturing potential leads through a variety of digital channels and will focus on generating qualified leads for both B2B and B2C clients, contributing to sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct market research to identify and target high-potential leads.
- Utilize digital channels such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to attract and engage prospects.
- Develop and maintain a lead generation database and track conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.
- Regularly assess and optimize lead generation funnels to increase conversation rates.
- Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques(e.g., Linked In, email marketing platforms, CRM tools).
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
