Creating Just Growth Inc. is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our B2B and B2C customer base. The Lead Generation Specialist must excel in identifying and nurturing potential leads through a variety of digital channels and will focus on generating qualified leads for both B2B and B2C clients, contributing to sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify and target high-potential leads.
  • Utilize digital channels such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to attract and engage prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a lead generation database and track conversion metrics.
  •  Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.
  • Regularly assess and optimize lead generation funnels to increase conversation rates.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques(e.g., Linked In, email marketing platforms, CRM tools).
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead quality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
